Lutheran Health Network is seeking to recruit a BC/BE FellowshipTrained Breast Surgeon to join our growing multidisciplinary team and play an essential role in our vision. Lutheran Health Physicians is a major multi-specialty medical group in Fort Wayne, Indiana with clinics throughout northeast Indiana. This individual will work with our Comprehensive Cancer Center, which includes multi-disciplinary support and collaboration with medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, nurse practitioners, genetic counselors, physical therapy, survivorship support and nurse navigators at our Lutheran campus. Our center has earned a reputation for providing comprehensive, compassionate, and state-of-the-art-care delivering excellent patient outcomes. In addition to serving at our Lutheran campus, this individual will serve additional locations as determined by our growth.
- Dynamic team of breast navigators, specialty trained nurses and a midlevel provider
