Facility: This health center is dedicated to administering professional and compassionate health homes that serve the needs of low-income, multi-ethnic populations throughout the greater Sacramento area, particularly immigrant communities, including Slavic and others

Opportunity: Seeking a BC Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient position. The NP will provide comprehensive medical services including family/adult practice services for all patients of the health center. The provider will collaborate with other health care professionals and with the Medical Director in the management of patients and their coordination, referral, and follow-up care. Ability to speak Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto is a plus.
