Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant

An established not-for-profit health system in Northwest Indiana is adding a full-time, certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to their growing team in East Chicago, IN.

• Provide psych consults on medical floors, rounds on patients in the psych unit & manage meds.
• Monday-Friday schedule with shared weekend and holiday rounding (no call after hours or weekends)

Requirements

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification required for hospital privileges
• 2+ years of psychiatric nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; Master of Nursing degree required
• Licensed RN and prescriptive authority privileges in Indiana
