Full Time Neurology Physician Job in Northwest, IN

Neurohospitalist Physician - Northwest Indiana - 30 minutes from Chicago

Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join our team and meet the growing Neurology services need. Physician will cover inpatient neurology at three facilities and will collaborate and support the general hospitalist team, in the Chicagoland area.

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on General Neurological Disorders, Nerve Conduction Studies, EEG Interpretations, along with emphasis on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills, work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Traditional schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- 165 shifts per year
Average inpatient volume: 10 - 13 patients per day
Remote call will be taken during 7 days on

- Sensation (Neuropathy)
- Confusion (Dementia)

- Geriatric neurology

Onsite Equipment:
- Natus EMG
- EEG equipment
