A well-known health system has an opening for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work with the elderly in the Duluth, MN area.

Salary based on experience
Full benefits package
Work in Nursing homes, assisted living as well as other sub-acute care facilities
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Call Ratio-Every 6th weekend and weekday-additional stipend for call time
Provider experience required
