Our Comprehensive Weight Management Program combines physician-supervised medical care with nutrition, behavior and physical activity education for adults age 18 and above. We have a compassionate multidisciplinary team to partner with the patients to develop a personalized care plan to help patients to achieve and maintain a healthier weight using the latest data and state-of-the-art testing.

• Dietician to develop a personalized meal plan based on your metabolic rate and/or diseases (such as diabetes).
• Behavioral Health
• Bariatric Surgery at Northwest Community Healthcare located in Arlington Heights, IL
• Wellness Center to personalize physical activity programs

  Practice is located in Arlington Heights, IL.  This position is employed with NCH Medical Group which is 200 plus physicians strong which make up a great referral base to your practice. Currently we have one physician (internal medicine, certified in weight management) in the practice that is at capacity and looking for a partner.
