Facility: Wonderful 180+ bed hospital with academic affiliations outside Metro Boston.

Opportunity: Hospital employed general surgery opening. Flexible practice, primarily bread and butter with subspecialty/fellowship training opportunities. Group is very productive and there is ample work opportunities immediately available. Call is approximately 1:5 at this time and will go down.

Compensation: $375,000 base salary with 10% bonus and RVU bonus opportunities, base salary is negotiable based on experience and skill-set. PTO program, sign on, full benefits.
