Facility: Premier FQHC system serving the Sacramento community- Dedicated to administering professional and compassionate health homes that serve the needs of low-income, multi-ethnic populations throughout the greater Sacramento area

Opportunity: Seeking an NP/PA for a full-time opportunity offering professional medical services in the community health center setting. Providers will see the adult patient population. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
