Locations: *Dayville, Connecticut. Located about an hour northeast of Hartford, CT, and less than a hour and a half southeast of Boston. *Mansfield, CT

Facility: Outpatient clinics

Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner- Outpatient Clinic
* Two positions available
* Full time, employed. 40 hours/week
* Case load is 12 patients a day and working in collaboration with one Primary Care doctor
* Will work primarily with mental health patients that have general health issues; will require working in collaboration with the psychiatry team
* School loans program

Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000 per year. Full benefits include CME, Allowance, Pension plan 4% match, PTO, Health, Dental and other insurances
