Site Medical Director in California
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) Pay Rate: $250000.00 - 280000.00

The incoming provider will be welcomed into newly renovated clinics offering state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and always giving back to the community.

• 80% clinical 20% protected administrative time [4 days of clinical and 1 day for administrative time]
• Overseeing of 13 providers and 3 mid-levels in an outpatient only environment
• EPIC EMR System
• See 18 to 20 patients per day during clinical days
• Salary up to $280,000 based on experience
• 2 different annual bonuses: clinic bonus up to $20,000 plus an additional corporate bonus up to a 10% of your gross salary
• Comprehensive benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and 403b with a 4% employer contribution and457f with an additional $20,000 added to your 403b
• 17 days of PTO (PTO increases with tenure) and 1 week of CME with $3,000

Required Qualifications
BC in FM or IM
Have at least 1-3 years of leadership experience (oversight of physicians)
