Large health care delivery system is recruiting a primary care physician for a new site to open in early October.

Job Details:

Outpatient Practice Providing Care to Senior Patients
Clinic will have a health coach, and support staff utilizing an internally designed EMR for efficiency
New physician can expect to see 12-15 patients per day, affording patients comprehensive time with their provider and staff
Health system offers a base salary, bonus structure, and robust benefits package
