Opportunity: Seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician, who is passionate about community health and family medicine, for a full-time outpatient primary care opportunity at a new clinic that will be opening fall 2022. Must be committed to working with underserved patient populations. EMR is EPIC. New grads welcome.
