Critical Care - Intensivist

Location: Welcome to Long Island! Located 40 miles outside of New York City, this town is in the eastern region of Long Island and a part of Suffolk County. Here you will find farm stands, fresh seafood, over a dozen wineries, excellent shopping, and the best New York chefs serving up local fare. This area is home to two Top Ten Beaches in the country and has plenty of beautiful parks. Not to mention, there are endless amounts of excellent golf courses, beautiful lighthouses, and exciting fishing excursions to go on. And with there being a train straight to the “Big Apple”, there is no shortage of fun to be had!

Facility: Not-for-profit medical center providing high-quality medical services extending across the continuum of care to all disciplines in both for inpatient and outpatient. Level II Trauma Center and academic facility.

Opportunity: Program is seeking Intensivists to join and established group of Intensivists on staff. 25 bed Closed Critical Care Unit. Do no respond to codes, no rapid response. Flexible schedule with 3 shifts required per week. Excellent advanced practice clinicians support, available 24/7. Large Health System, can get privileges at other facilities. 

Compensation: Excellent salary offered for the area based on experience. Full benefits available package with sign-on and relocation assistance. H1 sponsorship is available (cap-exempt facility).
